How Our Cleaning Process Works
How We Estimate Your Cleaning (Light • Moderate • Deep)
You choose a cleaning tier on our quote form or upload photos and we’ll recommend one for you.
The tiers help us estimate the expected time range—but all services are billed at $80 per crew-hour (2-person crew).
For property managers with ongoing work, we set a consistent default tier (usually Moderate) so estimates remain predictable.
If the crew arrives and the condition is different than expected, they’ll perform a quick 5-minute walkthrough and confirm any adjustment before work begins.
Our 6-Step Cleaning Process
1. Request & Quote
Fill out our online quote form (click button below or go to "Get a Quote" page) or give us a call.
If possible, upload 3–5 photos—this helps us give an accurate time estimate.
We reply with an estimated time range based on the tier and the estimated total cost.
Property managers typically receive a response within one business day.
2. Confirm & Schedule
Approve the estimate and choose your preferred date and time.
New property manager clients can request a 2-unit pilot (20% off) to evaluate our quality and timing before ongoing work.
3. Crew Arrival & 5-Minute Walkthrough (Scoping Step)
When we arrive, we do a quick walkthrough to:
Confirm the condition matches the estimate
Take photos of any unexpected issues (trash, clutter, heavy buildup, etc.)
Adjust the estimated hours only if needed
If an adjustment is required, we:
Send photos
Explain the recommended change
Proceed only after you approve via text or call
We never increase time or charges without your approval.
4. Cleaning & Documentation
We clean according to the checklist that matches your selected tier.
During the job we log crew-hours and take before/after photos so you can see the work completed and the time used.
5. Quality Check
Before leaving, the lead cleaner completes a final checklist walkthrough.
If anything on the checklist was missed, we will return and re-clean it for free under our 48-hour re-clean guarantee.
6. Invoice & Follow-Up
You receive:
A job summary
Before & after photos
An invoice with the final crew-hours
Property managers may request monthly consolidated invoices for multiple units.
Pricing & Time Policy
All services are billed at $80 per crew-hour (two-person crew).
Time is billed in 0.5-hour increments.
Additional time beyond the estimate is only billed with client approval.
If out-of-scope conditions are found during the 5-minute walkthrough, we pause, notify you, and only continue with your approval.
What We Don’t Do
To keep expectations clear, we do not provide:
Decluttering or organizing
Hoarding cleanup
Biohazard or hazardous waste removal
If we encounter these conditions, we take photos, notify you, and recommend a specialized partner.
Tips for the Most Accurate Quote
Upload 3–5 clear photos (kitchen, bathroom, living room, trouble areas)
Include the approximate square footage if possible
If unsure, select Moderate—it’s the best default for most turnovers
Property managers: request a 2-unit pilot (20% off) to evaluate service before onboarding
Re-Clean Guarantee & Dispute Process
If something on our published checklist was missed, let us know within 72 hours.
We will return to re-clean the missed areas within 48 hours at no charge.

Our Move-In / Move-Out Clean is designed to leave your home spotless, fresh, and ready for its next chapter. This service goes beyond a standard deep clean, ensuring every corner is addressed for a smooth move.
What’s Included:
Entryway & Common Areas: Dusting (including baseboards), cleaning doors, handles, and switches, vacuuming and mopping floors.
Living & Dining Rooms: Dusting all surfaces, cleaning blinds, vents, baseboards, window sills, and inside of windows. Vacuuming and mopping for a complete refresh.
Kitchen: Detailed cleaning of countertops, backsplashes, cabinets, and drawers (inside and out). Deep clean of sink and faucet. Thorough cleaning of all appliances (inside and outside), including microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We also clean behind the fridge and oven, plus blinds and windowsills.
Bathrooms: Scrub and sanitize tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, and counters. Mirrors and glass polished. Tile grout cleaned as applicable. Floors hand-mopped for a pristine finish.
Bedrooms/Office: Dusting of all surfaces, blinds, fans, and fixtures. Vacuuming or mopping floors. Mirrors and windows cleaned inside.
Laundry Room: Wiping down washer/dryer (inside and out), dusting surfaces, and vacuuming/mopping floors.
General Touches: Light switches, doorknobs, and fixtures cleaned. Cobwebs removed. Trash emptied. Final walk-through to ensure no detail is missed.

We pull out the oven, clean around it, and scrub the inside until it shines.
Fridge Deep Clean | +$60
We empty and wash all shelves and drawers, wipe everything down, organize items neatly, and clean behind/around the fridge (including coils, if accessible).
Dishwasher Deep Clean | +$30
We clean the filter, wipe the interior, and run a full cleaning cycle with our professional dishwasher cleaner.
Baseboards | +$50-75
We dust and wipe down all baseboards, including the tops often overlooked, then finish with a wet wipe for a polished, freshly cleaned look.
Blinds Deep Clean | +$20/window
We carefully dust each slat to remove buildup, then wipe them down for a streak-free finish—leaving your blinds fresh and bright.
Washer and Dryer | +$75
We clean inside and out—wiping surfaces, removing lint and buildup, sanitizing the drum/seals, and vacuuming behind/underneath to keep your machines fresh and efficient.
Cabinet and Drawers Deep Clean | +$50/room
We carefully empty all items, thoroughly wash the interior of cabinets and drawers, wipe the exteriors, and neatly place everything back—leaving your storage spaces fresh, organized, and spotless.
